Mr. Rajnish Sarna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a diverse experience of over 29 years in the areas of Business Development & Strategy, Customer Relationship Mgt., Operations, Finance, Risk Mgt, Legal Contracting & Compliances, Investor relations, Mergers & Acquisition, Fund raising, Information Technology and Process Reengineering, etc. He is currently on the Board of PI Industries Limited, PI Life Science Research Limited, PILL Finance and Investment Limited, Solinnos Agro Sciences Private Limited, PI Kumiai Private Limited, PI Bioferma Private Limited, PI Fermachem Private Limited and PI Health Sciences Limited.

Jagresh Rana, age 55 years, is currently the Global Head of Biologicals business of the Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a degree in B.Sc. (Ag Hons). He has over 30 years of experience in the agriculture industry across AsiaPacific, Europe and North America, having held leadership roles with companies e.g. Monsanto, Bayer, PI in Seeds & Traits, Crop Protection, Digital Solutions and Biological products.

Ms. Bhawana Mishra

Ms. Bhawana Mishra has over 25 years of experience across industries, as a talent and leadership development specialist. She started her career in talent management, strategic change and organisational transformation, and over the years, has been an advisor to multiple boards, CEOs and business leaders of Indian and multinational companies, on aligning their people strategy, culture and systems with the business strategy and context.

She founded BasilTree Consulting (www.basiltreeconsulting.com) to further this cause by coupling international best practices with the strength of solutions derived from local and contextual insights. BasilTree works with clients in defining their talent strategy, identifying and building leadership acumen and supporting individuals and teams to actualise their potential. She is an Independent Director on the board of GMM Pfaudler, a listed global leader in corrosion-resistant technologies, systems, and services. She is a member of several professional bodies.

Mr. M. Simhadri Naidu

Mr. M. Simhadri Naidu brings over 27 years of leadership experience in the agri-input industry, spanning seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and specialty products. He holds an MBA in Marketing, a degree in Agriculture, and completed the Emerging Leadership Programme at ISB, Hyderabad. Previously, he led Strategic Digital Initiatives at PI Industries and held senior roles at Coromandel International, driving sales, commercial operations, and transformation programs. Renowned for strategic vision and operational excellence, Mr. Naidu has consistently delivered growth through disciplined execution, key account partnerships, and digital enablement to enhance customer experience and compliance.

Mr. Saket Bhatnagar brings nearly 24 years of experience in driving strategic commercial projects, shaping portfolio strategy, leading GTM initiatives, managing commercial operations, and advancing digital initiatives with organizations like Bayer Crop Science, Monsanto, KPMG, Kurt Salmon Associates – Technopak Advisors & Amul. In his last assignment with Bayer Crop Science, Saket was working as Global Veg Seeds Business Enablement Lead.
